Osaka BWS.. (Quick question)

Does anyone know how the Osaka BWS does when they have "big" releases?? Raffle or by the line?? Or does this differ at all from store to store??:cool:

It does differ..here in NY..its sometimes raffled..sometimes its not..but from what i heard in japan..its mostly or all raffled.
