Sorry didnt wanna make a whole thread about this but the faq seems to be locked. Anyone ever get a pair where the sta is so fuckin low that the tip of one of the points is fuckin stitched underneath that toe panel?

I love the design of roadstas, but it seems on the smaller sizes they just dont size down the panels enough to make them all fit nicely on the shoe. Also the way they stitch some of these panels together it looks as if they could just burst at the seems. Anyone have that problem? Anyone ever have the air bubble burst?

My other two pairs of roadstas seem to be made better. Maybe quality is just sliding downhill with bape...

No the air bubble didnt burst, just wondering if its happened to anyone. I'm mainly venting about the poor quality on the latest pair I got, wondering if anyone else has had a sta stichted underneath the toe panel on theres.

These ones are patent. Londons to be exact. My unllths and yokos were better quality but not by much. The paint on the soles looks like it will chip bad like am90's.

I have about 10 pairs of bapes and they range from high quality to "looks like a blind sweat shop worker did this". Their quality is all over the map. That being said....my London's look pretty perfect.

^^^ cosign to that.... what's up with that????
a pair of my olive and orange chompers look really really poorly made:confused:
not to worry they're not fape.... but still the gluing of the shoe is somewhat porly done and shape of the toe is abit poorly molded....
when i got the kix from kixclusive i thought for sure he sold me a fape.... and the owner gave me a call few time to reassure 100% real bape...:D :D :D :D
none the less i love my chomper but i see its flaws and question myself.... was it worth my $230??? :p :p :p

No quality check. It sucks. Depends on your luck. I remember my friend having a pair of hulks with the star hanging real low. Couldn't sell it because everyone thought it was fake.

wow interesting to hear about the quality fluctuation. i'm getting my first pair of roadstas soon from a friend in japan. it's from the latest season, so i wonder if they'll be poor quality too :/

Its because nigo pays 8$ for his shoes to be made....obviously in sweatshops by 2 year olds..what can you expect.

granted i wear em alot, but my orlando roadies have some cracking on the toes.... never had that on any of my bapestas

the toebox on roadies seems to be thinner then the bapestas

I notice the stitching in my batman's on the star is kind of crooked...also there is a little bit of paint missing on the yellow soles. $250 pieces of crap. Oh well, they look nice from where you're standing.

roadsta are not worth 190 those sneakers should be discontinued. i know they made those sneakers so u can profile in em but 4real make em comfortable. i bought my abc roadstas half size bigger to see if it was more comfortable. they were the same wack shoes.

On mine - you can see the black background where the yellow APE lettering is on the shoe. So yeah - not enough yellow.

quality isn't the greatest .. that "spongy" material in the back with the air bubble is questionable and the paint isn't applied thoroughly. however to the guy above somewhere -- i find them to be real comfortable, better than regular stas.
