The new release doesn't have that very faded OG look. The blue one looks pretty nice so I'm gonna try to pick one up.

i wouldn't be surprised if the red and blue didn't come down too much, esp the blue cos it looks so great but it mainly depends on how many they made because an oversupply will kill any price - look at the camo shark.

supposedly they are exactly like the originals as my reseller tells me. i was a bit skeptical as the colors have changed over the generations, like the green and reproduction of the yellow/green ones. i'm not sure on supply yet, but it seems like he was able to pull quite a few. and between his friend and himself, they were able to pull all four colors. from what he tells me, he sold a blue L for 900. luckily he cuts me better and hooked up r/g/b. i'll post flickr pics when i pick them up in tokyo in a couple of weeks. and with these last hoodies, i guess i have finally completed my collection.

different drop. these are NFS re-release of OG camos with metal zippers which go all the way up to close up the hood. the thermals have plastic zips and end at the neck

Yessss, finally got it!!!! my grail!:D
This hoody was the first thing i wanted to purchase when i started collecting, but it was too rare and hard to find. And finally after 4 years!!!haha Came in the post yesterday, bought it from juno at bid-service.jp
Paid a stupid amount for it but oh well! gotta splash out sum time right? Anyways heres some pics of the tags n stuff ppls been askin for, by the way its got the same faded look as the O.G version. Now all i need is the white sta jeans, so if any1s sellin holla at me! Peace!


good cop and thx for the pics. for the record, the og wash tags are reversed left and right, plus the stitching where the hood lining joins in the center is hidden. not that anyone will notice but may be handy if you want to buy a real og. i'll try to get pics up when i get a chance

just picked up my r/g/b hoodies. not sure how they differ from the og's, but i'm skeptical about the color of the green. i believe that the og green was more of an olive. they have or had an og green at fool's judge last month, so if i have time, i'll try and compare. i also heard that navy was changed slightly from the 1st to 2nd. maybe the nfs release are really the 2nd gen camos without lettering. it would make sense for the purple.

more info on the release... while my reseller doesn't have an exact count, he estimates that about 300 total were released in all colors and sizes. unlike previous nfs releases, all employee pre-orders were canceled and every piece that was produced was sold online. in fact, i hear that the employees didn't even know about the exact date of release. and as these were announced a while back (bape paper 1.0), they were also produced a couple years ago. i don't know if that's exaggerated, but obviously before the gold labeling. as for popularity, blue was the most popular of the four, not purple, and resells for an average of 6-700 hundred in japan. someone even bought one off my source on ebay for 900! i've been told that you can get all others for under 5-600. i was able to clear all three under for under 4 and it seems like thats the case here in the forums with people who know people.

i also learned some info on new items and collabs for 2008, but will need to make sure from him if its ok to post. supposedly there's about a three week period before info gets released internally from the highest individuals in the company. and i'm not sure if that period has passed yet.

Yeah I'm still not convinced the NFS versions have the same wash as the OGs. Blue OG is so dark and faded that it's hard to see the camo pattern unless you turn the flash on. OGs look like they have been washed at least 10 times and are very different from all other generations. I'll find out when I get mine next month.

went to fool's judge today and they sold the og green. however, they tell me that the nfs are exactly the same. somehow it feels like the resellers are keeping the differences on the dl. perhaps to resell at higher prices. navy is going for 7-9. as for pics, the lighting in my hotel room sucks, so not sure when i'll grab some pics. they will be posted on my flickr when i do.

bs85 - when you say navy is going for 6-7 hundred (or 7-9) do you mean USD or x10000 yen? cos that would mean nfs resell would be close to the first release resell (buy, not ask). unless the first release goes for a lot more money in japan than in the us.

i copped the red in medium. as far as i can tell, exactly like the og. no gold tags, like such as the other current release. i have it for sale in the market place, it's just not a very "me" piece, i don't think. get at me if you're interested.
