sorry for the miscommunication, it has nothing to do with raffle vs line waiting. it's like fair vs unfair. nothing is fair in love & bape.

yeah it sucks being cut, but those are the breaks when you put yourself out there. i have waited in my fair share of lines (on weekends)for hours on end, and i have been cut and sent home with nothing. but i still go out there when i can and wait for something i want.

if you have $325 in your pocket and you want to sit out all night on the chance that you can get a hoodie and turn right around and resell it and make another $300 or whatever off of some dude that can't skip work or lives in ohio or wherever, and has the money to burn, then more power to you.

but to your point, i am a raffle proponent. waiting all night in line does not mean you're not a reseller. i would have missed out on the sharks anyway because they dropped on a friggin weekday and i have a job that i can only cut out of for 2 hours tops if i'm lucky.

I went by the store around 6:15.. there was no tigers on the rack.. and i asked the girl that worked there and said they were all out,, I went upstairs to look at the kicks and when i went back downstairs there were 3 black guys with about 3-5 tigers at the register,, they then went out side and jumped into a white escalade..sucks for regualr people

I gotta say, after being in Japan the past few months, I'm a big fan of the raffle. Both camping out and raffle has their good points and bad points, but raffle is really much more civilized. Yea there'll be resellers, as in people who hire people to draw raffle tickets, but like they did this last weekend in Kyoto, if the store catches on that you're reselling they have the right to not let you raffle.

And I know it sucks to really want something, raffle, and lose . . . trust me, been there done that. But life goes on. I rather raffle and lose, then go through some bull after camping. My last camp out in NY was the Clot AM1s, and I gotta say, Nort fucked that one up. Waited 26 hours ... go in, tell me there's no more so I had to cop invisibles, and dude right after me walks out with the last pair of Clots??

Besides, raffling saves you time. And in the long run, money :)
