It depends which store you go to as some are more expensive than others, the shops that have the product openly visible and organised charge the most whilst others are more disorganised but you find more gems and the prices are cheaper. It is the same with the online resell jp stores. However in answer to your question I believe when I was there they were asking roughly £500-600.

Got Grass stains off my white roadstas after I forgot I was wearing them and mowed the grass.

Not sure if you get it in the US but there is white shoe cleaner which is essentially white dye in a stick form. You cant use it on things with a print as it will cover it up but on white soles or midsoles it would work fine.

Yeah they are both great tees imo, the Obey is a Weird one because they only did it as a one off as far as I know. Never seen any other designs but its an official collab, with Bape & Obey Tags.
