Lol. Those are Japanese prices, he just did the conversion rate. Basically you divide the price into the value of the dollar. so let's say something costs 115,260 yen. You divide that into how much the dollar is worth over there, which is 117 or 118 I think. So:

115,260 yen / 117 = 985 dollars.
