well hav anyone notice dat sum of their bapestas da star arent even BUT THEY ARE REAL. One a lil low and 1s perfect but is it suppose to happen? cuz im just wonder maybe da bape store sell fake lol sike nah but does this only happened to me any ya got this ?

the two points on the bottom of the star are spread apart further but are closer to the middle (chode-ish) then the star on my chomppers which are basically an equilateral star(all points on the star are equal)

yea that shit gets on my nervers...bought some roadies frm BWS LDN back in 07' wore em out and half way through the day the paint on the side of sole has started flaking!! returned em for a credit note,never bought another pair again...i just stick to Crepes and Bapesta.

a lot of the newer stas are shitty as fuck as far as the quality goes, thats why i stick to a lot of the older stas, but hey you are liable to get faulty shit in anything you buy, thats why god made receipts.

when we are paying £130 in the BWS for stas; the quality should reflect that price! Although i love bapestas...they are only AF1'S with a star instead of the nike swoosh!! and i never had any quality issues with my £50 AF1'S!!!!!

And dude I have sta's lower then that so dont sweat it. I have roadstas where the star is basically under the other piece of leather. Quality aint that high. I find the toe boxes on the 05' to crease way less then newer ones though. The tongues seem a bit thicker too. Once shit blew I guess they figured they could just shit them out cause we'll still buy.

if i was you just go to the store and ask....coz my roadsta (red and gold) the sloe of the kick was cracking your the white was peeling off!!!and went to london store and asked then why?
and they said that there was something rong with the line of model coz of how they put the paint on the kicks...
so you never know if you go and ask they will tell ya....but i just sent the kick back coz they cant do notthing about it!

the ape on stas peel off really easily. When I was scrubbing my shoes I accidentally hit the area and they peeled like a bitch. Also, they will just peel from normal wear.

and others manufacturers have this issue as well. i purchased a pair of greedy genius sneakers last year (trying to support the up and coming) and right when i got home, i noticed that the sole of the shoe was deformed. i took the other shoe and compared it, and i just seemed like while filling the mold on the shoe, something shifted and caused the mold to be skewed. thus creating a "crooked" left shoe!

and yes, i took that pair back! LOL!

with the sta i think i read somewhere due to fapes bape makes minor changes on the shoes and the boxes... very minor thus confuses the bape buyers into thinking the real pair is not what they used to be in terms of the sta placments...
on the other quality issue they have no excuses... i would like a refund or new pair in perfect form.
