PONDON sent me the wrong item. Have any of you guys had this problem with her? If so, what happened and what did you have to do to solve this problem? Anything will help! thanks in advance!

yeah man your good because one time she didnt send my item for like a month and i was so mad .. u dont even know i bought a red shark from her for 798 and she never sent it for like a month . but after like 10 messages she sent me the shark and she gave me half off my next purchase !!!!! honestly , dead serious ! i was shocked !!!!! she's gud but since she has so many costumers she takes a lot of time to write , and send out packages , also she takes long to give feedback, but whenveer she makes an error she always fixes it for the good im guessing !!!

Hey guys. This happened to Red Skull and I a few months back. I got a chomper hoody in a XL and he got sent one in L. We both Emailed her and she did some research to realize that her assitant had mixed up the sizes.

She was really good at keeping the communication going. It was ironic cause I actually travel alot for work and I just met up with Red Skull at his crib. But normally, she'll will just have you send the items to the other person and do the swap. She'll cover all the shipping and any other cost.

Just in case you guys are thinking it, don't leave her a bad rating on ebay. She and her team work really hard at trying to satisfy everyone. Be understanding. =)

we sets price not depends on pondon,i always listing items before pondon,pondon 's price not always cheap,she selling pharrell roadsta at 140-145 pounds shipped,my price is 125 pounds shipped for pre-order,130 pounds shipped for auction.i offered pre-order kanye bapesta at 120 pounds shipped,camo bapesta at 115 pounds shipped,i think pondon's price will higher than mine,there're a lot of resellers on ebay,that's good for you guys to compare with the price,that's why i closed my store,lol
howevery,i don't think pondon will stopping,how about his stock?the huge stock let him don't have any choice.

sorry,i can only accept unconfirmed address if it is paypal verified member.because i had bad experience on BT.
just count pondon got 442 pairs shoes for selling,that cost about 35000 pounds (70000 dollars) and nearly 300 other stuff,the total cost at least 50000 pounds,most of old bape stock are crap,i have got over 15000 pounds stock,sold them at very cheap price,but i am not regret it,i can't predict bape's future.
