My un11ths had that toe insert with the stuffing underneath. Im suprised its taken someone this long to post pics of the apehead on there. Thought someone would have long ago. I was pretty impressed they did that when I pulled them out for the first time.

Mine(both pairs) came with the ape stuffing.No tissue.
