i didn't know that, and thanks for the info. but it seems a little out of the ordinary for the site as they have always used the calendar year that most of us know. also, when the first updates for this year posted and i posted pics, the date was 2007 like in the pic below. so i do think that 2020 is a bit out of place. . .

Yes you're right in Japan they also (or only i'm not sure) do a thing with counting the years from the new Emperor so it's like "the 13th year of Emperor Starky D"
