I don't really know what he is saying. I can only pick out a few words. Anyone who can find the lyrics or something and translate them, it would be greatly appreciated.

The fact that the title says "Japanese Rappers dissing Bape" is a bit confusing.

Just like how some underground artists are not big fans of mainstream commercial rappers. I think that maybe these people just don't like the representatives of Bape, the teriyaki boys, and are dissing it by dissing their clothes.
Plus there are many other clothing lines of rappers and DJs, maybe they have different taste than to buy into Bape.
