First of all, let me say sorry if this is in the wrong section.

What up bt2. So, I just ordered some shoes from bape.com Unfortunately for me, I work a day job, like most of the world, and when fedex tries to deliver me my epic shoes, they can'not because no one is home, and a direct signature is required.

I was reading on fedex that if I leave the door tag they left with my signature and a note saying that they can leave the package, they will leave it, depending on the shipper. I was curious if anyone has been in a similar situation and if I can leave the note and my signature. Sorry I work. :rolleyes:

And I have no worries about it being stolen from my door step, I live in a very safe neighborhood and nothing left at my door/garage has ever been stolen. Not to mention I have 4 pretty scary dogs. Hahaha.

why don't you call fedex and have them file a note under this tracking number so the delivery man knows to just drop off your package and take the signed slip?

it wouldnt hurt to make one call during a break.

I called, and they said for this kind of package, they will only ship to the address that I provided the shipper (bape.com) with.

Granted this was with UPS, I was able to drive to the warehouse with the signature slip and pick up my package. I'm not sure if fedex allows the same thing.

if you miss the delivery, try calling them and they will come back to your mailing address

i had this exact same problem, but with school.

they attempt to deliver it a total of three times. you can call in and have them deliver it on a specific day (like saturday). however, they don't allow you to sign the slip and have the package left there.

if they've already attempted 3 times, just call and find out where the package is located, go there with the tracking# and your ID, and then pick it up

I actually missed an order from bape.com last week. The delivery guy left the door tag. I signed it and my order was left at my door the next day.

So I guess it's at the delivery guy's discretion.

Same stuff happened to me. Just ask to have it at the nearest pickup location, or pick it up directly from their office.
