Where do the BAPE products that dont sell go?

I mean, do they send em back to BAPE HQ?, or do they burn em?,
do they give it to the staff? or does he sell em online secretly?

Actually, they just keep moving the product around to different stores until it sells. Usually some resellers come in and buy up all the old stock eventually. I do remember that Bapexlusive had the Bape General "Burger King" pull over hoodys for about 2 years and then they showed up in Yokohama and a reseller bought them all.

items that are not sold will be burned as a tax write off. items that are not burned will be kept in a warehouse in which bape has a big sample sale every 10 years. they just had the last sample sale a few years ago

This is true. Also, a few years ago, I think maybe 3 years ago, Bape had the first sale ever at Bapexclusive second floor when Bape Gallery was still around. They had a lot of old stocks dating back to many years ago. I think most of the things were at least 20% off. The staff let around 5 people in at a time so people literally ran upstairs, grabbed everything within range and everything they could possibly hold with 2 hands, and sorted them out on the side to see which items they wanted and didn't want.

To add to the information, they had different themes from time to time. The one I like the most was Bape gears from Nigo's personal collection. The "chincame" collection with a bunch of Japanese AV star posters is another one that comes to mind. The gallery also carried some collaboration t-shirts such as BAPE x NBHD, Bape X stash, t-shirt with biggie's pic, Jay-Z blueprint t-shirt, etc.

As far as I know, Bape stores keep things for some very connected people, such as celebs, Nigo's or Manager's friends and family, even some staffs could get a hold of extra items such as sharks. Sometimes when things don't sell or when those connected people don't want the items anymore, they put them back on the shelves. They also gather things they can't move to more popular locations such as Tokyo and "re-release" (saihan) them.
Another senario, about 3 days after the initial release, people all around Japan could call in and do "mail orders". Bape will send the item to your house. Basically, they can sell pretty much everything in Japan.
Another case is that sometimes they just leave things in the back of the stockroom and I have no idea what they do with them next. I know this because back in the days some staff would ask me if I wanted this and that from the back of the stock room. Nothing too exclusive though, I was offered some hello kitty t-shirts, al pacino t-shirt in the bottle, and m-65 yellow camo jacket.

Very interesting. I agree with the backroom thing too, because a lot of the times I don't like the stas that they be having at BWS NY, so I ask staff if they have anything else besides the ones displayed. I never asked about the clothes though.

Sorry I meant to say nothing with too much hype such as full zip hoodies. M-65 camo jackets are mad nice. I ended up buying the green one from their stockroom but later sold it to my friend after a few wears. They couldn't move the champagne universal studio t-shirts cuz they were just too damn expensive. One time I went to Bapexclusive and saw Nigo gave that to Victoria (Beckham's wife). Obviously they couldn't get rid of those t-shirts so Nigo started giving them out. Just like those Teriyaki boyz pizza box set. Bape couldn't sell them so they gave them out to employees. Those box sets were on the racks for a looooooong time. Hello Kitty t-shirts didn't sell out right away in Japan. They were available for days. Small sizes were gone right away though.

They recycle the material and change it a little to make the god awful sleeveless hoodys, the ugly half and halfs. They take the tee shirts and sew them together to make the reversables. :P
