I have a large purple camo rhinestone tee that i really really like but my size is a medium. I was wondering if you can tailor a camo tee to make it fit like a medium without it looking strange or F'ed up? Also do is it still possible to keep the ape face sleeve tag or will the tailor cut it off??

Basically i mean cutting the tee. you know like if a pants length is too long you take it to the cleaners and they will cut 1 or 2 inch off of it to make it fit better basically.

this is moronic...

so you want to turn this large into a medium? go buy a medium...

i wouldn't try to tailor it but instead i would try to shrink it with hot water although there will be some colour fading.

Agree buy it in the right size OR if like me and you buy on impulse... Alter it.

I do it most of my gear, Jeans even. T's are easy.

Make sure you find a tailor who can do it properly and explain the value of the item.

I tend to tack (pin) it myself. Best thing to do is to wear it inside out then tack each side with pins.

start from the waist and follow it up to the sleeves. Then carefully take the shirt off and put it on the right

way out so the tacked seems are inside. Take it off and lay flat inside out again and Adjust till happy.

Then take it to a tailor. . The only prob is the neck band on t's will alway be large. Also i dont do

expensive hoodies as it fucks them. The overlocking on Bape is premium.

Here's some of my tailored items. Just so u get a feel for fit and what can be done.

go and tailor it... all the tags will still be there like they were before, just the "head-hole" will still remain large so this would look strange. i use you tailor my bape shirts cause they are 1 inch too wide....also tailored a hoody...no problem...just find a real good tailor..

yea it doesnt bother me the tag will say L cause no one looks at tags on your neck when ur walking down the street lol. but if you tailored a hoody a camo tee should be no problem. thanks :D

Pics of the camo crew i tacked. The tags get unpicked before the tailor goes to work then reattached.

You rock it how you like it. I dont care what ppl think. I chop it all up to fit. Not all of us like looking a teenage mall rat in giant hoods.

I was thinking about getting my NBHD x Supreme t-shirt tailored, I tried shrinking it but it hasn't shrunk enough and althought I can get away with wearing it, the size makes me feel ghetto. The only thing i was worried about with having it tailored is would it then have seams at the side?

smithw1au

Doesnt it have seams already?
